Which bike do you think is best?
Posted in bike scooters by admin on June 23rd, 2010
Thanks for checking out our Bike Scooters blog. While we're interested in scooters of all sorts, on this blog, we talk primarily about electric bike scooters, electric pocket bikes, and smaller scooters for kids. We try to update once or so a week, so keep checking in with is for all the best of the web!
I live in Singapore and am going for my first bike license which allows riders to get bikes up to 200cc. I want a sport bike, which preferably has thicker tires than normal small bikes/scooters and is sleek and not box like, particularly at the tail and headlight areas.
Know any such bikes?
I do not want a dirt bike (scrambler). Singapore has clean flat roads.
Yamaha TZ 150, Honda NSR 150
These are GP race replicas, very fast considering the small engine displacement. In Euro and Japanese markets these were available in 125 cc and 250 cc. The Asian 150 cc engines should be comparable to the 125 cc Japanese and Euro spec engines, and will do over 100 mph with excellent handling and acceleration.

if you're looking for sports bike dirt bikes will be your first choice, i live in the philippines and what i've tried to be very cool is the suzuki raider 150cc very easy to handle (handles like a dirt bike) and dress up, tires are not that thick but you can change them to your preference, another one you might want to look at will be the honda xrm 125 i dunno if its available in singapore, xrm's are pretty much a smaller version of the honda xr, by the way these are moped bikes.
